Orders are shipped via USPS Priority for all locations within the United States. Orders made by 4pm PST (Monday - Friday) are shipped same day.
All International order outside the United States are shipped via USPS Priority International
All order $200 and above ship FREE.

Warranty
All of our LEDs carry a 5 year hassle free warranty. As long as the LEDs were not improperly used, we provide free replacements for all faulty LEDs.
Our power supplies carry either a 2 year or 5 year warranty.
A very common way to destroy all the LEDs is to plug it in directly to a high voltage source, such as a 120v wall outlet. All LEDs commonly operate on 5v, 12v or 24v DC, which requires a power transformer (aka LED Driver). Please make sure that this is not the case before filing a warranty claim.
