File Requirements

• PDF, JPG or JPEG without trim, crop or registration marks
• All files to be CMYK, not RGB
• All Fonts converted to Outlines (paths/curves)
• Embed all images and elements
• Files to be 100% scale
• Color Matching not possible (Matching color while printing on physical materials is challenging due to limitations in color gamut, substrate influence, ink characteristics, calibration requirements, variations in lighting conditions, and printing equipment nuances. For first time prints, order a smaller size and amount to see the color in real life.

Blue Color Setting:

• “Blue” needs at least a 30% difference value between Cyan and Magenta.
• We strongly recommend to set a low amount of magenta when you have a high level of Cyan to avoid purple.
• 30% difference is the key to avoid the final printed fabric turning purple.

Black Color Setting:

• “Black” suggested CMYK level at: C60 M40 Y40 K100
• This setting will deliver the true rich black tone for fabric printing.

• Printed products require 1-2 days for printing before shipping.
• We offer a 5-day grace period from the date your shipment is received. During this time, we will replace any item that is damaged,
  misprinted, missing parts, or contains product defects. After the 5 days, replacement requests can no longer be accommodated. To be eligible for a refund, the purchased item must be returned within 5 calendar
  days of the purchase date. The item must be unused and in its original
  condition.
